A Rehearsed Reading In Wigan

The initial research and development of Keep On Keepin’ On was supported by Arts Council England in 2019/ 20.

The play returned to the original family from his Northern Soul themed smash hit, Once Upon A Time In Wigan - to explore the contemporary scene, the town and the times we live in to ask - what does Northern Soul mean now? Never believing he could be an ordinary Joe, Eugene spins, slides and glides into the 21st century, or at least that's what he thinks! To his kids, Liam and Siobhan, dad dancing is dad dancing no matter how much talc you throw at it!

A rehearsed reading of the brand new stage play and a Q&A with Mick took place at The Old Courts in Wigan in September 2019.
